Submitting a booking request via this website does not constitute a legally binding contract or a confirmed booking. All requests are subject to review by Shaqstar's management team. A booking is only considered confirmed once a formal performance agreement has been signed by both parties and the required deposit has been successfully processed.
2. Promotional Restrictions
The promoter, venue, or requesting party is strictly prohibited from using Shaqstar's name, likeness, logos, or any affiliated branding for event promotion until the booking is officially confirmed and the initial deposit is received by management. Unauthorized promotion will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking request.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, media, branding, and text displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Shaqstar and his management. You may not download, distribute, reproduce, or use any site content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
